College Advancement
“BeCentsAble,” the workshop designed to drastically cut household budgets, will be offered at Kansas City Kansas Community College Thursday, Sept. 10.
Facilitated by Zack and Brooklin Zimmerman, the workshop will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Room 2705 in the Nursing Building on the KCKCC campus at 7250 State Avenue. The workshop will also be repeated Tuesday, Oct, 27.
In the workshop you’ve been hearing about on TV and radio, participants will learn how to save time and money without clipping and filing coupons, how to shop on a limited budget or with limited time and how to cut out half the work of planning shopping trips by visiting the Grocery Gathering at BeCentsAble.net. In addition, information will be provided on how to use virtual databases to find the coupons you need; how to find and print on-line coupons; and how to properly use coupons and store incentives to save big money.
The cost is $25 and persons may register by phone at 913-288-7660; in person in the Community Education Building (CEB) at 7250 State Avenue; on-line at WebAdvisor© and clicking on Continuing Education; or by mailing name, address, phone number, e-mail address, course name and payment to KCKCC Continuing Education, 7250 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS., 66112.
