Purpose Statement The Endowment Association of Kansas City Kansas Community College provides scholarships, grants, and loans to many students who otherwise do not qualify for traditional forms of financial aid. They are many times "non-traditional students". For example a single mother of three, working two part-time jobs to pay the bills and still somehow afford to go to college in order to improve her life as well as her children's. Without some financial assistance, these students many times give up. Because of the endowment association, many succeed! These people sacrifice so much in order to get a college education and improve their lives. Their dedication and commitment deserve our admiration and respect as well a helping hand financially.
