Wellness and Fitness Center

The Wellness and Fitness Center (WFC), located in the Health Professions Building on the main campus, offers members 11,000 square feet of state-of-the-art exercise facilities. These include an indoor track, a fully equipped weight room, an aerobic studio, treadmills, bicycles, steppers, climbers, and an aerobic super-circuit. The facility invites college employees, students, and community residents to join as members. 

Members benefit from the expertise of the wellness staff who provide personalized training sessions, body composition analysis, and fitness evaluations. The staff works closely with members, fostering collaboration and actively listening to support them in achieving their fitness goals.

Students benefit from health and nutrition seminars, along with incentive programs are offered throughout the semester to promote student's well-being. 

Complimentary lockers, towels and shower facilities are available during operating hours for member convenience. Additionally, affordable classes, seminars, nutrition guidance and personal services are offered.
